I gave into the nag for Win 10 20H2 on the weekend. It took a good part of the day to download and install. I don't notice any difference yet.

I'm not nagging, i just recommend that people use the latest version of their computer software
Looks to me like its primarily a bug-fix release. Here is some links with some information:

Re: Dreaded Windows 10 1909 update
Waited 3 hours the 20H2 update to install. It finally installed, but the after boot login now needs my Microsoft password, which I do not know. To recover it, there are two options - an old email address that I no longer use/control, and an old phone number that I haven't used in a year.
So, I had to remove the update and boot back into 1909 so I can figure out the MS password issue. There is one last way that I tried, but apparently, the info I supplied was "insufficient", and I have to try submitting "new account verification" AGAIN!!!!
Does anyone know an easier way to change a MS account email address so I can change passwords and be able to log into the newest Windows update?

I think the only option you have is the Account recovery form when you don't have access to the Microsoft account and the email/phone number associated with it. Here is some information about it: Help with the Microsoft account recovery form

Re: Dreaded Windows 10 1909 update
Thanks for that. All things seem to be quiet. I'm not being prompted to log into my MS account. However, I have rolled back the latest 20H2 version. So, I don't know...
