Apparently, GoDaddy shut down Virb without giving it's users any notice.

After 10 years proudly helping customers like you with Virb, we have made the difficult decision to discontinue the platform.

If you are one of the victims of this you can try rebuilding your site (content only because GoDaddy probably owns any of the graphics and/or features it had in the fine print) using the WayBack Machine.

1. Get a domain name you own outright (Avoid package deals where hosting and domain name are together. There's a catch. There's always a catch. ) Ask in the Domain Name section if you need some suggestions of a good domain name registration firm.
2. Get a hosting package that suits your needs and that is expandable if you expect to have high traffic or will need extra features in the future. You can check our web hosting section or post an ad in our Buy and Sell Web Hosting area of our Marketplace.
3. It probably only supported basic sites so you have a choice of learning basic HTML coding and code the template and pages yourself or get a self install instance of Wordpress if your site was a blog.

Consider this a lesson learned. Free web hosting with a free website builder is not the way to go if you are trying to build a successful site or business.
