That would be the calendar time! :) When do you walk outside and think Spring has arrived. Some years here it comes earlier than the calendar and other years later.

Vacuuming and linens done....

Last of leftovers for lunch.

Flowers and bushes starting to blossom here. Traditionally cherry blossoms start lining the streets and in some areas there is a problem with people doing selfies on some streets. Guess that won't be a problem this year...

Crocus now flowering, iris plants beginning to show, and I've got my hands full in trying to bring the lawn back. I always get the yellow spots in spring after the winter thaw. They disappear by mid May though.

Skies clear up later today, and tomorrow thru the rest of the week, temps in the low teens with sun and cloud. Gotta practice crossing the street when approaching sidewalk hogs. Well, not literally "hogs" - I don't live on a farm. ;)

I think we are sending more of the same your way.

At least today is one of those days where staying inside seems like a good plan.

Spring-like weather today. Sun and high of 12C. As long as there's little to no wind, it can actually feel warm with the sun so much higher in the sky these days, so I'll be out for a walk with DW at some point this afternoon.

Unfortunately, I have to venture out for a couple of errands this morning. The errands involve mixing about with the general public to some extent, and I'm not too keen about that. Oh well.

You are going out more now then you ever did. You better learn to stay home.

I'd go out just about every day for various reasons before this virus made it's way here. Now, my outings are every 3rd or 4th day for errands, when needed. When it's not raining, we'll go for fresh air walks just about every day - which is recommended by doctors.

Rick Mercer (A CBC tv host) has a TV show on CBC, and is a little infamous about his "rants" while walking down a graffiti filled alleyway in the downtown. Lately, with having to broadcast from home (like a lot of celebrities these days) his rant was about the other day walking about and seeing 6 youts (look up My Cousin Vinnie for this word if necessary) walking closely together passing a joint between them. This an instance of the youts exhibiting a case of Advanced Stupid!
