I've actually been watching news, both here and in the US since February. The "Voice of reason" isn't reaching that group of obstinate people. Nothing that anyone is saying is helping them to understand. When told by the highest level of medical authority, that this virus is bad, it can hurt you, maybe even take your life, they just say it's fake news or a hoax.J. H. Instead if we pointed out what we believe they are doing wrong, and what would have been a better alternative, then they might actually listen and learn something from it.
This issue is not even about what is better, vs what is not. It's about life and death.
Point: In a video my son found, there was a person in a hospital bed, on a ventilator, within hours of death. And that person is still going on about how this virus (that is about to take their life) is fake news and a hoax. It's on video, and if it were not so grossly, abhorrently, disgustingly wrong, I'd find and supply the link.
