It is the most flavorful way to finish off the turkey.
We toast the bread first when making tuna melts so you can pick it up but guest with a hot brown you would use a knife and fork.
Definitely a knife and fork meal. Some folks use salt cured ham, most use bacon.
We leave off the tomatoes as they are not in season and are mostly for some color on the plate.
