Many Americans eat worse things 5 days a week at the fast food joints.

"It may Kill you" may be a little extreme, but we probably should be careful not to overdo the unhealthy food

Never heard of that before but it does sound good.

We toast the bread first when making tuna melts so you can pick it up but guest with a hot brown you would use a knife and fork.
