You haven't seen the recent "honey-do-list".
At this time of year, it's probably good idea to find some indoor hobbies.
See above. ;)

Maybe i should talk with your wife, and have her put Informed Webmaster on the list... and maybe ask her to remove everything else from the list? Yes, i know i am living on the dangerous side of the street ;) I am wondering about how long i will live after that... Which of course brings up another question, how long does it take your wife to drive to the airport and fly to Denmark? Do i have enough time to hide? lol ;)

With no stop-overs, I imagine it's at least an 8 or 9 hr flight. The problem with travelling by plane, is that the "speed of thought" travels near the speed of light and costs nothing. All she does is has to look at me in a not so nice way and I know whether I have to sleep out in the shed or not. ;)

So, if you start feeling aches or pains all of a sudden, well, don't say I didn't warn you!

I sure wish I had some time to pass.

Lost a long term tenant in mid Sept (bought a house). They told me the sun porch roof was leaking. Boy was that an understatement. By the time I tore off all the rot I had 4 walls left.

Took me almost a month to replace it all. One old man working alone it goes kinda slow. :) Dealt with the internal damage and am now trying to get the house ready to rent.

You sure seem to work a lot, do you rent out places for a living?

I splurged a bit and purchased a new active-wear "smart watch" that was on sale. The other watch I had was a couple years old, but really hard to read outside for some reason. I've since searched online and that's the #1 con about it.

Now, with my lower back strain from lifting sister-in-laws luggage outside to the car, putting in the trunk, and then taking it out of the trunk at the airport, I'm stuck to my computer station chair mostly, only getting in about 1200 steps a day, instead of the normal 8-10k.

Hope you back pain gets over soon. But it does give you an opportunity to write on the forum ;)

Hope you have better luck with the new smart watch... It is nice when you can actually see what time it is outside :)

The back is better, but I seem to always fall into the "I'm feeling just fine - let me get that heavy thing for you", and then I'm reaching for the Advil for a few days.

Not much to report these days. Getting ready for out of province relatives staying here for a week over the holidays. And then there's hoping I don't have to cancel my trip to Florida in Feb.

It seems the US is more strict than Canada as far as covid protocol when it comes to border entry. Now, I believe travellers have to have a negative covid test in hand, taken no more than 24 hours before entering the US.

THAT, my friend, is a heck of a need for good timing, when you think about it. If getting the test result is even a bit late, we might miss our flight the next day.
