I'm taking the day off other than cooking and the trip to Sam's Club which is now done.

The weather here has turned off to nice early fall. 80F seems like fall after the 90+.

Busy Sat. cleaning up - forgot how much mess kittens can made... Painted a basket to recycle for cat toys.

BBQ yesterday.

We are in for a windy afternoon into evening today. Next week is supposed to be smoking hot (for here).

Is Labour Day (Labor Day) a holiday in Denmark?

Some of the trees in the back forest are just starting to change colour. Sun is setting at 7:40, had to put on a hoodie this morning. Fall can be beautiful, but the notion of how long this upcoming winter will be, what with no travel, well..

To be honest i don't know. I did a little research, and it looks like some places in Denmark you get the day off, other places a half day off, and then there is places where you don't get any off time on that day.

So it's properly not an official holiday in Denmark. I have not heard of that being a holiday over here before, that is why i had to look it up.

Another cool rainy day. A good day for cleaning out the storage room, or doing some grout repair, or bathroom calking, or cleaning out the garage or, or... I can do some business work. Hmmmmmm. ;)

Scrap wood pile drying on lawn at moment. Need to build a dry area to store it. Might be a slow process as it is supposed to get to 31C today and tomorrow!

If you venture out in that drink lots of water.

I got up extra early, had my coffee and am now finished with outside chores. I just can't take the heat / sun.

Fall weather has arrived here, much too early for me. The Weather moderates a bit into next week, but the next few days are on the cool side, and we haven't seen the sun for the last 3 days. :(

To Accrete, your neighboring province to the east got some snow over the weekend. In fact, some of the middle US states got some accumulating snow recently as well, the day after a heat wave!! Weird weather lately.
