Apparently investigators did find a case of a "dead person" voting in the presidential election. Unfortunately it was a republican who was pretending to be his dead mother, registered her to vote, and then cast her vote for DJT. Well, I guess those who were screaming that dead people were voting, were right. Just for the wrong party.

Speaking as someone who voted for the guy twice, as the lessor of two evils, let me say IMO the fervent believers are in the same class as the covid non-belivers and you know what I think of them.

Things will settle down, in terms of "temperature" and rederick - it has to. However, it may take some time to straighten all that out, and will be a busy time for the new administration to try and get back to business. Our prime minister and JB have a previous relationship prior to the appearance of DJT. After DJT took office, the relationship between our countries soured, so there's work to be done. I wish Joe well, but he's got a mountain of work to do.

For sure foreign affairs and relationships were not his strong point.

Actually the only major accomplishment was 3 moderate supreme court justices. Please note I called them moderates not conservatives.

Well, that was an interesting day yesterday watching US news.

It should not have happened. But, from what I could see it fell far short of a riot. No building were burned. No cars set on fire. I guess the MSM was tired of reporting from the hell hole of Portland.

The episode on the front stairs was scary to watch. But as more video began appearing of the breaking into the building, the roaming of the halls with qanon posters, confederate flags, visible weapons, the breaking into offices and chambers... While I'll agree, from what the public has been shown, not much was destroyed, but it was quite frightening to watch. Kind of like an "OMG" moment.

I stand corrected. There were bad people there. What I saw on the news this morning was rough to watch. America looking like a Banana republic.

I just wish everyone could just sit down, get a cup of java, and chill a bit. Wishful thinking maybe, but it would be nice that even if all cannot get along or agree with issues, just lower the temperature so all can begin to heal, and move forward.

Still upset. Watched as it unfolded on Twitter. People from inside the building tweeting they were ok. Journalist being beaten and threatened with nooses.

There better be better security on Jan 19 (they plan to do it again) and Jan 20.

FBI has posted want all pictures and videos to pursue.
