Tried spinach wraps with chicken, lettuce, onions and tex-mex cheese. If you can get past the "green" colour of the wraps, they taste really good, and for the most part, healthy.

I have given up on Lasagna noodles. I can achieve the same results with plain old spaghetti and avoid the frustration.

I picked up a salmon spice at the seafood counter. For some, it may be a bit "salty", but it's easy to dial it back. I like it. DW likes it. But the young'uns are meh on it. So, two pieces get the spice, the two others get BBQ sauce. Ahhh...an easy way to ensure peace at the dinner table.

Had tortilla wraps last night. They were great. Each quarter contained a toping of pre-cooked chicken pieces, spinach, tex-mex cheese mix and red pepper on a very lightly "mayo'ed" wrap. Quartered, folded and heated on a fry pan on low to mid heat for about two minutes per side. Check often as you don't want to burn the tortilla.

This was a huge favorite appreciated by all, which is strange because there is always an odd man out for most dinner choices. Hamburgers, pizza, zitti and spaghetti are loved by all. Everything else, well, you never know. ;)

Check the following link to see what I mean by quartered, and folded.

Seen a couple of videos of doing the folded wrap. Think one was a breakfast version.

We had Olivieri stuffed pasta with spaghetti sauce that had browned ground beef in it. Quite filling. Enough for today's dinner also.
