Re: Creative Cooking While in Self Isolation
I just remembered - it's hamburgers tonight. I like them with sautéed/fried onions (not translucent, but not black either) with sautéed mushrooms as well. Top it off with a slice of old cheddar, and I'm better than good with that!

Do you have a big dinner on New Years Day? Under normal circumstances we would be having a big ham dinner at Mom's.

Only three here for din New Years day. Normally it would be either 5 or 7, depending on relatives staying, or leaving earlier to head back.

Hamburgers for dinner. If the rain slacks off just a little they will be from the barbie.

We need to get back to less comfort food and more healthier choices in our household.

No and I probably won't. Cod prepared the same way is a nice change of pace.Accrete wrote: ↑Fri Jan 01, 2021 10:51 pm We need to get back to less comfort food and more healthier choices in our household.

Even though we are on the Coast here salmon (actually all fish) seems a bit expensive but it's good for you!

That one looks really good. I think we're going to try it the next time salmon goes on sale.Accrete wrote: ↑Wed Jan 06, 2021 4:38 pm Baked Lemon Garlic Butter Salmon
