To be more PC maybe these should be called primitive slow cooker meals or slow cooker beta. Seriously it is a nice method.

Variety is the spice of life!

We have lots of different nationalities here but my partner in crime likes your basic North American cuisine.

Working outside the home it was easier to be adventurous at lunch.
