Guest theme different than theme shown to logged in users

For some reason, guests are shown a very different theme than logged in users. Is that intentional?

I have changed the default theme from the golden/grey theme to a blue flat design theme. The old theme is called "Informed Webmaster", the new theme is called "Informed Webmaster Flat Style". The "new" theme should be the default for new users. You can change between the two theme in the User Control Panel. Both themes are made by someone else, and i have then modified them to look the way i like.

So the theme you see when logged in, is most likely the old default theme, that was default when you signed up to this forum.

Interestingly enough though, I cannot change the theme in my UCP. All that comes up is "Informed Webmaster" which is the style I'm seeing when I log in.

Styles(read: designs) should work now. I also had to fix an issue with registering. So fixed and working
