I don't stock Russian dressing so I went looking for a recipe for that and found that you chili sauce to make it so I had to find a recipe for that. :)

Most likely will cook it later this week, if good and if you want those 2 recipes I will share. Being able to adjust your sauce volume to want you plan to cook might be real handy.

I don't think it very creative, but, piggies in a blanket, stove top baked beans, broccoli and carrot raisin salads for the holiday meal.

I think it important to say we should all remember those who died making it it possible for all of us to be here and free.

Here is a quick fix meal for 1 or 2.

Last night I wanted some rice to eat with my leftover Cajun concoction. The wife does not eat it.

So we opened one of those canned chicken breast cans, drained and gently warmed it. We used the tuna sized can(6 oz.). For 2 I suggest the 12 ounce size.

She stirred it into some of the plain rice and it was decent eating.

This particular batch is only lean ground beef. I normally like to use a mix of beef and ground pork which does taste better, IMO.

With this batch, I just add a mixture of a few spices and bread crumbs.
