Outlook 365 Desktop - From dropdown broken
The dropdown list for the From in a new message is missing the arrow at the bottom of the list to see more email accounts to send the message from.
This worked fine end of December but now it's gone. Not sure when it went missing but last weekend I went to send an email from an account further down the list and cannot access it.
Tried:
- getting my disc out and reinstall/repair with that
- quick repair
- long online repair
- MS repair tool
Any ideas what has happened and how to fix?
BTW - Outlook still has accounts registered in it. It checks the missing accounts to pick up mail.

Did you do the most recent win 10 update (1909.x)?
I don't have 365 so I won't be much help.

Yes I went through updating Win10. It was having problems updating Win10 so I used MS's tool to get that updated.

I already tried repairing. Was trying to avoid remove and reinstall.... but it might have to be done.

The issue does seem fixed by Microsoft, have you installed all updates from Windows Updates?

Already found that page and used the Assistant tool to try and fix.

It took all afternoon but I got it fixed - for now.
Downloading the disk image, I thought seeing I had cleaned up the computer before installing I thought it would be like a fresh install - not.
- Removed Office with Revo Uninstaller - Advanced mode
- CCleaner and Glary Utilities - to clean up any left overs.
- Download disk image from Office
- Run install

Fun and games with Outlook 365 again for last 2 days. Crashing when adding a rule.
Quick fix and fix online didn't work.
Ended up uninstalling and reinstalling. Changing the From is still broken.
It has sucked since the pandemic besides these two issues. Seriously considering not renewing subscription.
