Why You Should Choose HTML5 <article> Over <section>

An article by Bruce Lawson on why you should use the HTML5 <article> element instead of <section>.
Browsers’ visual display of headings nested inside <section> elements makes it look as if they are assigning a logical hierarchy to those headings. However, this is purely visual and is not communicated to assistive technologies. What use is <section>, and how should authors mark up headings that are hugely important to AT users?

Unfortunately, however, no browser implements HTML5 outlining, so there is no point in using <section>.
made me wonder...Is the a case of when making something more accessible it also helps SEO?
